Business challenge
Every new facility and radiologist added complexity
As The Radiology Cloud began onboarding imaging centers and radiology groups across multiple regions, it faced growing challenges in coordinating multi-site workflows, managing diverse clinical teams and maintaining strict credentialing and compliance standards.
Each facility and radiologist added to the network increased the complexity of scheduling, exam management and operational oversight. Fragmented tools and manual processes could no longer support its long-term vision, and it was starting without an existing software foundation.
Implemented solution
A custom operations platform, built from scratch
FM Solutions developed a custom end-to-end operations platform on Claris FileMaker, enriched with API integrations and AI-driven modules. It brings the main parts of radiology operations into one environment.
Facilities and staff are managed through structured modules. Credentialing and privileging are handled in the system, and a scheduling engine supports multi-site coverage based on availability and qualifications. Standardized study and exam management supports consistent workflows, an RCA module supports quality assurance across clinical teams, and a dedicated simulator allows training and onboarding without touching live data.
The platform continues to evolve with new features and AI capabilities.
