Privacy Policy

The contact form on Contact Us and the free consultation form on the FileMaker to Web App page collect the details you type in: your name, business email address, company name (optional on the contact form), the service you are interested in (optional), and your project description. The consultation form also asks for an approximate number of users, a description of your existing FileMaker solution and optional additional information.

We use this information only to read and answer your request. Submitting a form requests a reply or a consultation. It does not book a calendar slot.

When you submit a form, our server validates it and sends it by email to our inbox at info@fmsolutions.ba using Twilio SendGrid, our transactional email provider. The message includes the details you entered and uses your email address as the reply address. Twilio SendGrid processes the message on our behalf to deliver it. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website, and the form does not send you an automatic confirmation email. A copy of your submission is held in the mailboxes of FM Solutions and of the email delivery service under their own retention practices.

To limit automated abuse, the server briefly uses your IP address to count how many submissions come from one address in a short period. This count is kept in server memory only and is not written to a database. The forms also include a hidden field and a minimum fill time that real visitors do not trigger.

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics in production to measure page views in aggregate. That measurement is separate from the Google Analytics choice. On fmsolutions.ba, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Accept. If you reject it, or withdraw an earlier acceptance, the Google tag stays off. Hosting providers also process technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. See the Cookie Policy for details on cookies.

Some pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press Play. At that point your browser connects to YouTube, which may process data such as your IP address and set cookies or similar identifiers, under Google's own policies. We do not receive that data. Each video also has a Watch on YouTube link that opens youtube.com directly. See the Cookie Policy for details.

If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp instead of the forms, we receive the information you share through that channel, and its provider handles it under its own terms. We use it only to respond to you.
