Paragon — Radiology Operations & Billing Integration
Exam Records and Invoicing, Connected.
A centralized operational platform that manages examination records for partner facilities and connects to QuickBooks to automate invoice creation and delivery.
Business challenge
More studies meant more records to organize and invoice
As radiology services grew across multiple partner facilities, Paragon needed a more efficient way to manage examination data and billing. With more studies, organizing exam records and producing accurate invoices for each facility became more complex.
Manual processes and fragmented systems limited operational efficiency and financial oversight. Paragon needed a solution that could consolidate examination data and connect directly to QuickBooks to automate invoice creation and delivery.
Implemented solution
A central platform for exam records and billing
FM Solutions implemented a centralized operational platform that manages examination records and integrates with QuickBooks through its API.
The system collects records for examinations performed at specific facilities. These are grouped and sent to QuickBooks through the integration. QuickBooks summarizes the charges into a consolidated invoice for each facility and sends it to the appropriate customer using its built-in email delivery.
Functional areas
What the platform covers
The main areas, as described by the project and shown on its home screen.

Integrations and technology
What the project connects to
One integration is documented for this project.
- QuickBooks
- Connected through the QuickBooks API. Examination records are grouped by facility and sent to QuickBooks, which produces a consolidated invoice for each facility and delivers it with its own built-in email sending.
Outcome
What the project changes
Billing for examinations becomes an automated step rather than a manual one. Paragon describes the result as less manual administration, more accurate billing and faster invoicing, while keeping financial oversight across its partner network.
No invoice volumes or time-saving figures are published for this project.
