Cookie Policy

The website does not set advertising, marketing or login cookies, and it has no user accounts. The contact and consultation forms do not use cookies. A banner asks you to accept or reject Google Analytics. That choice is saved in this browser's local storage. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept, and only on fmsolutions.ba.

In production the website loads Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. That measurement is not controlled by the choice below. Please refer to Vercel's documentation for how it handles data.

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8BHVRJZLPY) loads on fmsolutions.ba only after you choose Accept. Reject keeps it off. Withdrawing an acceptance reloads the page, stops further Google Analytics events, and removes the first-party cookies this page can see, such as _ga and _ga_8BHVRJZLPY. Data already received by Google is not deleted from here. The tag is not loaded on local development or on the Vercel staging hostname.

Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube. They do not load until you press Play, so visiting a page does not contact YouTube. The analytics choice above does not cover YouTube. The Play button is the point at which that connection starts.

When you press Play, your browser connects to youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed domain. YouTube may set cookies or similar identifiers and process data such as your IP address, under Google's own policies. Privacy-enhanced mode limits tracking before playback but does not remove third-party processing. Each video also has a Watch on YouTube link that opens youtube.com.

Links to other sites, such as WhatsApp, Upwork or client websites, open pages that are governed by their own cookie policies.
