FM Solutions developed HelpOne in Claris FileMaker, bringing volunteer coordination, events, fundraising, contacts and operational workflows into one connected business platform.
Business context
Nonprofit organizations coordinate volunteers, events, donors, finances and staff at the same time. When each of these lives in its own tool or spreadsheet, related information is kept in different places and has to be matched up by hand.
HelpOne addresses this by keeping those activities together in a single platform.

Event overview
An event record that gathers the basics, description, finance and task progress, schedule and event metrics on one screen, with tabs for venues, internal team, volunteer positions and shifts, volunteers, and files. Venue address details and financial amounts are redacted.
HR overview
The HR overview, with section tabs for training, policies, time and attendance, performance reviews, onboarding and communication, and charts of employees and volunteers by status and department. The figures shown are record counts in the screenshot, not performance figures.
