As The Radiology Cloud began expanding its services and onboarding imaging centers and radiology groups across multiple regions, the company faced growing challenges in coordinating multi-site workflows, managing diverse clinical teams, and maintaining strict credentialing and compliance standards.
With every new facility and radiologist added to their network, the complexity of scheduling, exam management, and operational oversight increased — making it clear that fragmented tools and manual processes could no longer support their long-term vision.

To overcome these operational barriers, they needed a unified platform capable of streamlining daily radiology workflows, centralizing credentialing and privileging, standardizing study and exam processes, and enabling efficient collaboration between facilities, radiologists, and administrative teams — regardless of location.

The Radiology Cloud – Radiology Operations Platform

The Radiology Cloud set out to build a next-generation operational system capable of supporting imaging centers, radiology groups, and teleradiology teams — all without an existing software foundation. They needed a platform that could centralize every workflow: facilities, staff, credentialing, scheduling, studies, exams, AI tools, training environments, and clinical quality assurance. Most importantly, it had to be flexible and scalable as their network of radiology partners grows.

FMSolutions developed a fully custom end-to-end operations platform from scratch, built on Claris FileMaker and enriched with API integrations and AI-driven modules. The system brings together all mission-critical components of radiology operations into a single environment. Facilities and staff are managed through structured modules, credentialing and privileging ensure regulatory compliance, and a powerful scheduling engine supports multi-site coverage based on availability and qualifications. Standardized study and exam management improves workflow consistency, while an RCA module enhances quality assurance across clinical teams. A dedicated simulator enables safe training and onboarding without touching live data.

With all processes unified, The Radiology Cloud benefits from higher efficiency, streamlined communication, and complete operational visibility. The platform eliminates fragmented tools and enables a modern, data-driven approach to radiology management. Continually evolving with new features and AI capabilities, it now serves as the technological backbone of their business and a foundation for long-term growth.
