Lincoln Hall is a custom FileMaker application designed for residential care institutions working with minors. The platform centralizes care management by combining medical, educational, behavioral, and operational processes into a single, secure system.

Each beneficiary has a comprehensive digital profile covering personal data, medical history, allergies, active and stopped therapies, department placement, and developmental records. Therapy administration is fully controlled, ensuring that discontinued medications cannot be administered and that all medical actions remain traceable and auditable.

Staff shift management is built directly into the workflow. At the end of each shift, structured handover reports are automatically generated and delivered via Microsoft 365 email, providing supervisors with clear insight into events, therapy acceptance, and any issues that occurred during the shift.

Lincoln Hall includes a Medical Administration Record System (MARS) calendar with integrated W3 (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) calendar views for medications, administration times, and staff responsibility. Medical services such as dental visits are scheduled within the system, while all related documentation is securely stored and organized using Microsoft OneDrive.

Employee records, training, and structured performance reviews are managed within the system, with Twilio-powered SMS notifications supporting timely communication for operational alerts and coordination.

The platform integrates Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Twilio, and custom calendar views to support controlled access to sensitive data, clear staff accountability, and full traceability across residential care operations, while simplifying daily workflows for care teams and supervisors.
