Synthesis Health is a fast-growing radiology cloud company operating across the U.S. and Canada, supporting imaging centers and teleradiology teams. As their operations expanded, they faced increasing challenges in coordinating multi-site radiology workflows, managing a distributed workforce, tracking credentials and privileges, and ensuring consistent exam and reporting standards across facilities. They needed a unified system that could centralize operations, improve communication between teams, and scale with their rapid growth.

To meet these needs, we designed and developed a custom FileMaker platform built from the ground up. The solution integrates all core operational functions—including facility and staff management, credentialing and privileging, scheduling, studies and exam definitions, reporting tools, AI-assisted modules, and RCA quality-assurance workflows. API integrations ensure seamless connectivity with external systems, while custom interfaces and automation significantly reduce manual workload.

By bringing all radiology, administrative, and compliance processes into a single environment, the platform streamlined daily operations, improved accuracy, and strengthened coordination across multiple locations. Today, this FileMaker-powered system serves as the operational backbone of Synthesis Health, supporting their continued growth and enabling efficient, scalable radiology services.
